At Seresto, we are committed to getting your Seresto flea and tick collar to your pet as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. PROCESSING TIME

Standard Processing:

  • All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 business days from the date of purchase

  • Processing time does not include weekends or federal holidays

  • During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 3 business days

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped

Order Cutoff Time:

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT are typically processed the same business day

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT will be processed the following business day


2. SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs:

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and do not include processing time. Actual delivery may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.


3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Domestic Shipping:

  • Seresto ships to all 50 states within the United States

  • Shipping addresses must be within the continental United States

  • P.O. Boxes, APO, and military addresses are accepted

International Shipping:

  • International shipping is not currently available

  • We apologize for this limitation and are working to expand our shipping options

Restricted Areas:

  • We cannot ship to addresses outside the United States at this time

  • Please contact us if you have questions about your specific location


4. SHIPPING ADDRESS

Important: Please ensure your shipping address is:

  • Complete and accurate

  • Verified during checkout

  • In your name or someone authorized to receive packages

Address Changes:

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]

  • Address changes can only be made before the order ships (usually within 3 business days)

  • Once your order has shipped, you cannot change the delivery address


5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

How to Track:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships

  • Use this tracking number on the carrier's website (USPS.com) to monitor your package in real-time

  • Tracking updates typically appear within 24 hours of shipment

Tracking Information:

  • Tracking numbers are sent to the email address associated with your order

  • If you don't receive a tracking email within 24 hours of shipment, check your spam/junk folder

  • Contact us if you don't receive tracking information


6. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Package Safety:

  • All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation

  • Packages are insured for loss during transit

  • Signature is not required for delivery unless specified

Delivery Attempts:

  • If you're not home when your package arrives, the carrier will attempt redelivery

  • You may also pick up your package at your local USPS facility

  • Check your tracking information for specific delivery instructions


7. DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If Your Order is Late:

  • Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window

  • If your package is more than 7 days late, please contact us immediately

  • We will investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund

If Your Order is Lost:

  • We will file a claim with the carrier

  • If the claim is approved, we will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund

  • This process typically takes 10-15 business days

Report Issues:

  • Email us at [email protected] with your order number and tracking information

  • Include photos of any damage or issues with your package

  • We will respond within 24 hours


8. RETURNED OR REFUSED PACKAGES

If You Refuse Delivery:

  • Refused packages will be returned to us at your expense

  • Once received, your refund will be processed minus the original shipping cost

  • A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund

If Package is Undeliverable:

  • If the carrier cannot deliver to your address, the package will be returned to us

  • We will contact you to arrange a new shipping address or process a refund

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable


9. WEATHER & CARRIER DELAYS

Unforeseen Circumstances:

  • Seresto is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Severe weather conditions

    • Carrier service interruptions

    • Natural disasters

    • National emergencies

    • Other force majeure events

Your Responsibility:

  • We will make all efforts to keep you informed of any delays

  • Estimated delivery times may be extended during these circumstances

  • We appreciate your patience and understanding


10. PACKAGE CONTENTS & DAMAGE

Inspect Your Package:

  • Inspect your package immediately upon receipt

  • Seresto collars should be in their original packaging

  • Check for any visible damage to the box or contents

Damaged Items:

  • If your Seresto collar arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund

Missing Items:

  • If your order is incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and tracking information

  • We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly


11. EXPEDITED SHIPPING

For Urgent Orders:

  • We offer Priority and Express shipping for faster delivery

  • Select your preferred shipping method during checkout

  • Priority Shipping (2-3 days): $12.95

  • Express Shipping (1-2 days): $24.95

Rush Orders:

  • We will do our best to accommodate rush shipping requests

Carrier Liability:

  • Seresto is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the carrier

  • All packages are insured during transit

  • Claims must be filed within 30 days of the original ship date

Seresto's Responsibility:

  • We are responsible for accurate order fulfillment and prompt shipping

  • We will resolve any issues caused by our error within 30 days


16. POLICY CHANGES

We may update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of Seresto following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
